2021-2022: Freelancer
During this period, I endeavored to satisfy numerous clients to the best of my abilities as a freelancer. Each project presented a new learning opportunity, and I aimed to exceed the expectations of my clients.
2022-2023: RFCH - First Startup
Embarking on my first startup project, RFCH, I not only initiated valuable connections but also gained leadership experience leading a team of 10 after six months of work. Recognizing the need for improvement to be a genuine leader, I paused the project and dedicated a year to honing my leadership skills.
2023-2024: Kreyativ LLC - Corporate Startup (Present)
With a solid foundation and experience, I launched my second startup, Kreyativ LLC. This time, I felt fully prepared to work professionally in every aspect of the project. Managing this venture with both leadership and technical skills, I aimed to make it more effective.
Additionally, I had brief experiences in corporate environments, each lasting less than a month. My motivation was not monetary; rather, I joined to examine internal ecosystems, analyze the challenges faced by employees, and learn from mistakes. These experiences contributed significantly to my goal of becoming a better leader.
I am a first-year Sociology student at Anadolu University. My decision to choose Sociology over software engineering or similar fields is driven by my ambition to develop myself by understanding the needs of society.
